The Management and staff strongly believe in broadening student's knowledge and creating opportunities for students to gain new skills. This can be attributed to a collaborative effort made as a unit by students, parents and staff. An extensive number of fieldtrips are also planned as an opportunity to enhance the curriculum. Edmonton Khalsa School provides door to door bus service in the Millwoods, Ellerslie and Beaumont communities.
In support of open access and no barriers to education, EKS charges no tuition fees from Kindergarten to Grade 7.

Edmonton Khalsa School is a strong Sikh community school located in South Edmonton. Students from Playschool to Grade 7 achieve high levels of academic success in an environment which supports continuity of programming and high levels of communication and contact between home and school. Our students consistently show improvement in all areas of academics while becoming involved in a variety of extracurricular activities. We set high expectations and create a caring environment for all of our students.
